There is a kaleidoscope of activity along the bay when you live there.
The other morning there were a hundred folk of all ages jogging alongside the bay.
The lycra clad lady running and pushing the 3 wheeled stroller and going faster than most the pack was impressive.
And yes, you see folk doing yoga, tai chi, working out with personal fitness trainers and folk fishing off the breakwaters.
